Actress Lacey Turner said of Lily’s pregnancy revelation: Really it’s a boy.

“At first, Stacey thinks the doctor must be wrong. Then she goes through all the emotions you could possibly feel in such a short time.”

Lacy then discussed the poignant scene that occurs when Stacey has to tell Lily that she is pregnant.

“I found it really difficult to say the lines because Lillia is so amazing that you can’t help but feel like she’s real when you’re filming,” Lacy said.

“When Lillia and I were saying the lines, it was very difficult to get the words out of my mouth because I was in the moment and it felt like Stacey was talking to Lily.”

At least initially, Stacey felt unable to confide in the news of Lily’s pregnancy to her ex-husband and Lily’s adoptive father, Martin Fowler (James Bye).

“Stacey is stepping on eggshells,” commented Lacy. “She needs to know from Lily how this happened, who the father is, and all the details. is.

“That’s why she doesn’t confide in Martin because she’s just trying to get information and build trust, and she’s trying to break it.”

But who can be there for Stacey during this difficult time of parenting is her own mother, Jean Slater (Gillian Wright).
