A man was accused of rubbing a pregnant woman’s belly and moaning at a Walmart in Illinois, officials said.

An Illinois man has been charged with a felony after he rubbed a pregnant woman’s belly against her will at a Walmart and appeared to take pleasure in doing so, investigators said.
