Mississippi teacher pregnant with quintuplets

POPLARVILLE, Mississippi (WDAM) – Sean and Hayley Radnor got married in 2019 and decided to start a family soon after.

“I always wanted a big family,” Haley said. “I always wanted at least four children.”

But things weren’t easy. After two miscarriages, the couple decided to use intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatment to get pregnant.

“I found out I was pregnant on an IUI. My numbers were very high,” Haley said. He said, ‘There are five,’ and I immediately thought, ‘How is this possible?'”

“I said, ‘Count again,'” Sean said. “Check and count again.” He did it several times over time, and there were certainly five. ”

Teachers at Oak Grove Middle School are currently 20 weeks and expecting 4 girls and 1 boy.

“One split four times and created the same quad and the other created a singleton,” Haley said.

“I don’t know if you’re fully prepared for five kids. That’s a lot, but we’re doing our best.

The Ladners say they are thrilled with their quintuplets!

“I never thought it would be me, so this is the greatest blessing of my life,” Hailey said. “I felt lucky to have none or even one.”

“A lot of Barbies, a lot of Barbie dream houses,” Sean said. “I’m going to have a whole Barbie Dreamhouse real estate company in my house.”

The couple have already decided on names for their respective babies.

“The girls are Adaline Elizabeth, Magnolia May, Marie-Kate and Everly Rose, and their son Jake Easton,” the Radners said.

For now, Hailey is on bed rest until the baby arrives. She encourages everyone grappling with infertility issues to hold on to her hopes.

“I never thought it was me either,” Haley said. “I know how hard it is, and there are people out there who have gone through far more difficulties than I have. Please do not give up.

“We had our suspicions, but we kept trying, we kept trying, and now there are five of us, but we didn’t think this was the case,” Sean said.

When asked if he would have more children after the quintuplets, Sean responded:

“Absolutely not,” Sean said. “Five is enough.”

The couple created a YouTube channel to document their experience. You can view the channel here.
