Hilary Swank is counting down the days until Christmas and a baby.
Swank, who is pregnant with twins, shared a photo on Instagram of herself putting the finishing touches on her tree.
“All I want for Christmas is yoooouuus, ohhhhhhh baby(s),” Swank, 48, captioned the Dec. 16 post.
The two-time Academy Award winner announced in October that she is pregnant with twins with husband Philip Schneider, 50.
The twins’ due date is April 16, which happens to be Swank’s late father Stephen’s birthday.
Steven, a retired Air Force Sergeant, passed away in October 2021 at the age of 73.
In a lengthy Instagram post last year, the “Million Dollar Baby” star explained that he was Steven’s “sole caretaker” for more than seven years after his lung transplant.
Swank described his father as one of his “most favorite people in the world” when he appeared on Extra in October.
“It’s just a tribute to this life that[the twins]were born on his birthday,” Swank said. “He’ll be overjoyed. He’ll be so happy with me. He just wanted me to have everything I wanted in life.”
While chatting with Extra, Swank also opened up about experiencing morning sickness early in her pregnancy.
“I feel better,” said Swank. “My friends say that when you double, you double your hormones, you double your illness, you double everything.”
Swank was married to actor Chad Lowe from 1997 to 2007. She and Schneider made up through a mutual friend, started dating in 2014, and got married in 2018.
