Actress Sam Frost shares how she endured a ‘stressful’ late-night hospital visit as she entered her 35th week of pregnancy.
The former Home and Away star, who is pregnant with her first child with fiancé Jordy Hansen, shared an update on Monday, writing that last week was “all about little ones.”

“I started the week by meeting an amazing psychologist – I ended up booking care myself with a private practice,” Hoshi wrote.
Frost has previously been candid about her struggles to access mental health support in the Queensland hospital system while pregnant.
“I had a late-night hospital visit on Tuesday and was pretty stressed out. But everyone is fine. Happy and healthy,” the 33-year-old continued.
“Today I had a growth and health scan as my bump is at a smaller size…so happy to report that he is fully grown.
“And I discovered that ice packs are great for back pain,” she said.
Frost shared the update along with a side profile selfie, showing followers her baby bump.
In addition to being candid about the ups and downs of her pregnancy, the actress has continued to entertain her followers by sharing the reality of expectations.
On Sunday, Frost posted a video to Instagram summarizing some of these realities.
“Don’t let the glamorous photos of the perfect woman fool you, smiling in the sunset, wearing magical flowing dresses and holding baby bumps…here’s a little bit of reality,” she said. I have captioned the clip.
Relevant moments included Frost sneezing, quickly crossing his legs before feeling the need to vomit, and brushing his teeth.
Fans and famous friends praised the video, adding that she “nailed it.”
