the joker is pregnant
Backup story for issue 4 of Joker: The Man Who Stopped Laughing We see a famous Batman villain get pregnant and give birth.
The pregnancy is the result of Zatanna putting a spell on the Joker after trying to convince her to start a family with him. In her classic backwards speaking style, Zatanna casts her spell, “Nobody else would have [the Joker’s] Baby. “ However, her true meaning was twisted in the enactment of the spell, as the Joker himself gave birth to a baby of his own.
When the Joker wakes up, in Wonder Woman’s bed, she suddenly finds herself pregnant. Interestingly, the Joker didn’t even seem to understand what had happened until someone else pointed it out to him.
When Joker is seen by DC supervillain Doctor Phosphorus, the Doctor tells him: “I don’t even know where babies will come out of here.” After trying to push in, the Joker solves the mystery by suddenly spitting out a brown substance.
The mud-like substance becomes the child the Joker claims to be his own son. This offspring develops an almost identical appearance to the Joker himself, prompting both to look at and think about each other. “He is very handsome.”
The Joker gave birth to a child, what next?

Either way, DC Comics may have new characters, but they just might have one of the wackiest origin stories in comics history.
Perhaps fans can expect an eventual team-up between this mini-Joker and Duela Dent, who has the superhero name “The Joker’s Daughter” but isn’t the Joker’s biological child.
Additionally, Zatanna was only given one panel to react to these events. The heroine has seen some incredible things over the years, but her reaction may not be limited to the look of amazement shown in the issue’s final panel.
