Whitney Dean will receive news about her pregnancy at EastEnders next week.

Whitney’s friend Kat Slater (Jesse Wallace) delivers her an expensive buggy for her baby after being given one by Zach.
However, Whitney becomes concerned about her pregnancy when she begins experiencing spotting.
As a result, Kat takes Whitney to the hospital for an examination, which is done with an ultrasound scan.
At the hospital, Whitney is informed by Dr. Lane of the health conditions associated with pregnancy.
The next day, Whitney still hasn’t digested this big news, and Zach never returns her phone to tell him what’s going on.
When Kat starts making excuses for Zack, Whitney questions her defending Zack, and Kat reveals the truth about Buggy.
Later, Kat pushes Zach to go to Whitney herself and support her through what’s going on with her pregnancy.
Zack then immediately turns to Whitney and apologizes for his absence when she tells him the truth about what’s going on.
Will Zach and Whitney be united by the truth and will Zach be honest with Whitney about his HIV diagnosis?
